The Idaho Mountain Express reports this morning that the Friedman Memorial Airport Authority is "entertaining the idea" of asking Blaine County residents to cough up $35.5 million in new property taxes to fund a new airport.
In a 30-page document for the Federal Aviation Administration, the board said the project could total $370 million, with more than half possibly coming in federal funds.…
