As part of a spin-off initiative, Occupy Black Friday, encouraging consumers to buy local, the Occupy Boise movement will be moving toward some of the Treasure Valley's busiest thoroughfares, and while they don't plan to block intersections, the group is hoping to have a presence on corners near the crosswalks.…
