Boise residents will voice their opinions Tuesday night when a laundry list of new fees for city departments and services is considered at a public hearing.
The fees, a critical element of Boise's proposed budget for Fiscal Years 2012 and 2013, are proposed to generate $78,000 for Parks and Recreation programs, $75,000 in new connection fees for Public Works, and $40,000 for Boise Fire.…
